Enabled mint authority

You may notice a prominent warning for Watt assets on various token analytics tools and explorers (e.g. Dexscreener). Each Watt token has its mint authority enabled to facilitate essential protocol functions such as wrapping. The mint function is only called by protocol instructions—a fact that was also acknowledged in Audits.
